• All of our units have concrete floors.

v     16000 lbs - $200.00/mo.

RV Spaces:

v     On water - $300.00/mo.

v     Off water - $250.00/mo.

       We offer the following amenities:

v     24 hour gated entry with access card

v     Private boat ramp for 24hrs with gated access to the water of Matagorda.

v 24 hrs self-service fueling station for on water fueling of gas boats.

v     24 hr. lighted fish cleaning station.

v     Lighted night fishing pier with 50 amp RV service.
